The On Running Cloudswift Amp trainers are high-performance shoes specifically engineered for urban environments, making them an excellent choice for daily city runners who prioritize comfort and stability. By combining signature CloudTec cushioning with a dual-density Helion midsole, these trainers provide exceptional shock absorption and a responsive ride on hard surfaces; however, they are optimized primarily for road running and may lack the specific traction required for rugged off-road trails.

Yes, the Cloudswift Amp provides enough cushioning for long-distance road running, though individual preference for cushioning levels varies.
Use a soft brush or damp cloth with mild soap, avoiding harsh detergents or washing machines.
The Cloudswift Amp is designed as a neutral trainer with extra stability features like the cage construction.
These are optimized for urban, flat surfaces. They are not recommended for technical or rocky trails.
The upper is constructed from a durable nylon-blend material for a balance of support and breathability.
Yes, the insoles are removable if you need to insert your own custom orthotics.
Adjust the lacing tension, specifically loosening the eyelets connected to the support cage.
Use a soft brush or a gentle tap to remove small stones or gravel trapped in the outsole channels.
Ensure the rubber outsole is clean and free of oily residue; if persistent, wipe the outsole with a slightly damp cloth.
To ensure optimal performance, ensure you have the correct size for your gait; the Cloudswift Amp fits true to size, but standard running socks should be worn to check for proper tension in the cage.
