Yes, the Cloudswift AMP is designed for everyday training and can comfortably handle the high mileage required for marathon prep on road surfaces.
While primarily for running, the stable, neutral platform provides enough support for moderate strength training sessions.
The Cloudswift AMP is built on a standard neutral last; it is not specifically designated as a wide-fit model.
As with most road running shoes, it is generally recommended to replace them every 300 to 500 miles, depending on your running style and surface conditions.
These shoes are designed for immediate comfort, though a few short walks or light jogs are recommended to allow the upper to adapt to your foot shape.
Adjust the lacing technique by skipping the eyelet where the pressure is felt to create more volume.
Ensure the outsole treads are clear of debris, as packed gravel or mud can reduce the shoe's inherent traction.
To ensure the longevity of your Cloudswift AMP trainers, perform a proper fit check upon arrival to confirm your size 9.5 UK fit is snug without pressure points. These shoes are compatible with standard running socks. For care, avoid machine washing or drying, as high heat can damage the foam cushioning properties. Instead, wipe down the exterior with a damp cloth after runs to remove road grime and salt. If the shoes become soaked, remove the insoles and let them air dry in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight.
