The On Cloudswift AMP Trainers are designed for adult male runners who need a reliable, high-performance shoe for daily urban road running. These trainers excel at providing a responsive energy return and neutral support to maintain natural stride mechanics on city surfaces. While they offer excellent comfort and stability, users should ensure they select the correct size, as the fit is tailored for performance rather than a loose, casual feel.

Yes, the Cloudswift AMP is engineered for consistent performance and is well-suited for high-mileage daily training.
No, these are optimized for urban, paved surfaces and lack the aggressive lugs required for trail running.
A neutral stride means your foot lands on the outside of the heel and rolls inward slightly to absorb shock. Most running specialty stores can perform a gait analysis to confirm this.
Most runners find them comfortable immediately, but a few short walks or light runs are recommended to allow the upper to adapt to your foot shape.
Yes, the insoles are removable if you prefer to use custom orthotics.
Try adjusting the lacing pattern to a 'window lacing' style to relieve pressure points while maintaining a secure fit.
Regularly inspect the outsole channels after runs and use a dull tool or stiff brush to dislodge small stones or gravel.
To ensure the longevity of your Cloudswift AMP trainers, perform a proper fit check upon arrival—ensure there is about a thumb's width of space at the front. To clean, use a soft brush to remove loose dirt from the outsole after each run. For deeper cleaning, wipe the upper mesh with a damp cloth and mild soap; avoid soaking the shoe in water or using a washing machine, as this can degrade the specialized cushioning foams and adhesives. Always allow the shoes to air dry in a cool, shaded area away from direct sunlight or heat sources to preserve the structural integrity of the materials.
