The On Running Cloudswift Amp is designed for adult male urban runners who need a reliable, high-performance shoe for daily training. These trainers excel at providing a balance of soft landings and responsive energy return, though they are specifically optimized for road surfaces rather than technical trail running.

The nylon material is breathable and durable but is not classified as waterproof.
They are designed for daily urban runs and training; they perform well, but individual needs vary for high-mileage events.
Generally, running shoes should be replaced every 300-500 miles depending on usage and surface intensity.
Yes, the insoles are removable if you need to insert custom orthotics.
These shoes are optimized for road running, asphalt, concrete, and indoor gym surfaces.
There should be about a thumb's width of space between your longest toe and the front of the shoe to account for foot expansion.
Loosen the laces across the supportive cage area to allow for more flexibility.
Ensure the rubber outsole is free of debris; wipe with a damp cloth if grit is stuck in the treads.
To ensure your Cloudswift Amp trainers last, perform a quick check of the fit once you take them out of the box. Ensure the lacing is snug but not constricting to allow for natural foot swelling during runs. To clean, remove loose dirt with a soft brush and wipe the nylon upper with a damp cloth and mild soap. Never submerge the shoes in water or place them in a washing machine, as this can degrade the specialized midsole cushioning. Allow them to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources to prevent material warping.
