The On Running Cloudswift Amp trainers are designed for the dedicated adult male runner who navigates urban environments daily. These shoes offer an ideal blend of responsive energy return and shock absorption, making them perfect for road running and city commutes. While they excel on paved surfaces, runners should note that their specialized outsole and design are optimized for urban terrain rather than technical trail or off-road use.

Adjust the lacing pattern through the cage structure to relieve pressure while maintaining lockdown.
Check the rubber outsole for debris; the specialized tread pattern is designed for urban surfaces but requires a clean surface for maximum grip.
To ensure optimal performance, ensure the laces are threaded through the supportive cage eyelets to maximize the lockdown effect. For compatibility, these are neutral road running trainers intended for standard arches. To care for your trainers, wipe down the upper nylon material with a damp cloth after runs in dusty or muddy conditions. Avoid machine washing or using harsh chemical cleaners, as this can degrade the specialized bonding of the midsole and the structural integrity of the cage. Always allow them to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources to preserve the foam's elasticity.
