FAQs

Can I adjust the length of the cables?

Yes, the cable lengths can be customized during installation to create a staggered or uniform cluster effect.

While the fixture is designed for standard flat ceilings, it may be possible to install on a sloped ceiling depending on the specific ceiling rose configuration chosen by your installer.

What type of light bulb does it use?

Is the light dimmable?

Yes, the Tala Basalt Cluster is fully compatible with dimmable LED wall switches.

How do I clean the sand-cast metal parts?

Uneven pendant heights

Adjust the cable length during the installation phase before securing the canopy to ensure all three pendants hang at the desired levels.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Installation must be performed by a qualified electrician to ensure the ceiling structure can support the weight of the triple pendant cluster. Compatibility with dimmers is essential for the best experience; always verify that your home wall switch is rated for LED loads. For care, gently wipe the sand-cast metal surfaces with a dry, lint-free cloth to remove dust. The mouth-blown glass bulbs should be cleaned with a soft microfiber cloth and a mild glass cleaner; avoid using abrasive chemicals or scouring pads, as these can scratch the delicate surface of the borosilicate glass.
