FAQs

Can I install this light myself?

Due to the size, weight, and electrical requirements of the three-pendant cluster, we strongly recommend professional installation by a licensed electrician.

Is the light dimmable?

Yes, the fixture is designed with advanced dimmable LED technology, provided it is paired with a compatible dimmer switch.

How do I clean the mouth-blown glass?

Gently wipe the glass with a dry microfiber cloth. Avoid chemical glass cleaners which may affect the finish of the gold-tone accents.

What is the inspiration behind the design?

The design is inspired by the natural hexagonal basalt columns found at the Giant's Causeway in Northern Ireland.

Can I adjust the length of the cables?

Yes, the cable lengths can be adjusted during the initial installation process to suit your ceiling height and aesthetic preference.

Troubleshooting

Pendants are hanging at uneven levels

Adjust the individual cable grips located at the ceiling rose to level the height of each pendant before securing the final canopy.

Light flickers when dimmed

Verify that your wall dimmer switch is compatible with the LED driver; you may need to upgrade to an LED-specific trailing-edge dimmer.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Striking artistic design inspired by natural geological forms
High-quality mouth-blown glass construction
Energy-efficient dimmable LED technology included
Sophisticated gold-tone finish works well with luxury interiors

Cons

Requires professional electrical installation
The irregular glass shapes require careful handling during cleaning
Heavier than standard pendant lights due to the cluster design

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Professional installation is strongly recommended due to the weight of the cluster assembly and the precise alignment required for the three glass pendants. Compatibility is highest with modern dimming switches designed for LED loads, though you should confirm your home's existing dimmer compatibility with a qualified electrician. To care for the fixture, use a soft, dry lint-free cloth to dust the glass. Avoid abrasive cleaners that could damage the gold finish or scratch the borosilicate glass. If fingerprints appear on the glass, a very light wipe with a microfiber cloth dampened only with distilled water is usually sufficient.
