FAQs

Are the light bulbs included with the purchase?

No, the Tala Triple Pendant Light does not include light bulbs. You must purchase three Tala E27 bulbs separately.

Can I adjust the length of the cords after installation?

It is highly recommended to adjust the cord lengths to your preferred height during the initial installation process for safety and ease.

Does this fixture work with a dimmer switch?

The fixture is compatible with dimming, provided you use dimmable Tala E27 bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch.

What type of ceiling is this compatible with?

The pendant is suitable for standard, stable ceiling surfaces. If you have a vaulted or sloped ceiling, consult with an electrician regarding mounting requirements.

How do I clean the fixture?

Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to gently dust the canopy and pendant cords. Do not use chemical cleaners.

Troubleshooting

Pendants are hanging at uneven levels

Loosen the cord grips inside the canopy and gently slide the cables to your desired length before tightening the grips again.

Light flickering

Ensure the E27 bulb is screwed in firmly and verify that your light switch is compatible with the dimming capabilities of the bulbs being used.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Installation should be performed by a qualified electrician to ensure safety and compliance with building codes. When setting up, determine your desired heights for each of the three drops before securing the canopy to the ceiling, as adjusting the lengths after the fixture is mounted can be difficult. The system is designed specifically for Tala E27 bulbs. To keep the fixture looking new, wipe the canopy and hardware occasionally with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, as these may damage the finish. Ensure the power is switched off at the mains before attempting to clean or replace the bulbs.
