FAQs

Does the fixture come with the bulbs included?

Yes, the Nine Pendant comes as an all-in-one solution including the nine signature Voronoi II bulbs.

Can I install this fixture on a sloped ceiling?

The Nine Pendant is designed for flat mounting. A sloped ceiling would require a professional installer to construct a level mounting block first.

Is the height of the pendants adjustable?

The Nine Pendant is shipped with fixed-length drops. Adjustments should be handled by an electrician during installation.

Can the Voronoi II bulbs be replaced if they burn out?

Yes, the Voronoi II bulbs can be replaced individually if they reach the end of their life cycle.

What is the IP rating of this fixture?

The Nine Pendant is rated IP20, meaning it is suitable for indoor use only and should be kept away from areas with high moisture.

Troubleshooting

Bulbs flickering when dimmed

Ensure your wall dimmer is a compatible trailing-edge model and verify that the total wattage of the nine bulbs meets the minimum load requirements of your dimmer switch.

Uneven light levels across the nine bulbs

Check all bulb connections within the pendants to ensure each Voronoi II bulb is seated fully in the socket.

Visible dust inside the glass bulb

As the bulbs are mouth-blown, slight imperfections or particles are part of the process. If a bulb appears excessively dirty, contact support as you may have received a defective unit.

Pros and Cons

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Installation of the Nine Pendant should always be performed by a qualified electrician due to the fixture's weight and the necessity for secure ceiling mounting. Ensure your ceiling material (such as concrete or reinforced plasterboard) can support the load of the canopy and nine bulbs combined.

Care Instructions:

Dusting: Use a soft, dry microfibre cloth to wipe the white canopy hardware regularly.
Bulb Cleaning: Carefully remove the Voronoi II bulbs only when cold. Wipe them gently with a non-abrasive, dry cloth to remove dust. Do not use chemical cleaners, as these can damage the glass finish.
Dimming: This product is compatible with most trailing-edge dimmers. Consult a professional to ensure your wall dimmer is compatible with LED load requirements.
