FAQs

Can the pendant heights be adjusted?

Yes, the pendant cables can be adjusted during installation to create a staggered or uniform cluster effect.

Does this light come with the bulbs included?

Yes, the product includes three Sphere IV bulbs specifically matched to the pendant fittings.

What type of dimmer is recommended?

A leading or trailing edge dimmer switch compatible with LED lighting is required for the best results.

Can I install this on a sloped ceiling?

The standard canopy is designed for flat surfaces, so professional assessment is recommended for sloped ceiling installations.

How do I replace the bulbs if one breaks?

Replacement Sphere IV bulbs can be sourced directly to ensure they match the color temperature and dimming characteristics of your existing set.

Troubleshooting

The light is flickering when dimmed

Check that your dimmer switch is rated for LED loads and is compatible with Tala Dim to Warm technology.

Bulbs will not dim down to a low level

Verify the minimum load requirements of your dimmer switch; if the load is too low, it may struggle to dim effectively.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Bold, sculptural aesthetic that serves as a room focal point
Dim to Warm technology offers excellent mood-setting capabilities
High-quality matte black finish is durable and stylish
Unified canopy makes installation of three pendants seamless

Cons

Large bulb size requires substantial space to avoid feeling crowded
Requires a compatible dimmer switch to unlock full functionality
Not suitable for low-ceiling rooms due to the drop length

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Installation involves securing the circular ceiling canopy to a standard junction box and suspending the three pendants at your desired lengths. To ensure optimal performance, it is critical to use a compatible LED-rated dimmer switch; non-compatible switches may cause flickering or incomplete dimming ranges. For cleaning, use a soft, dry microfiber cloth to remove dust from the bulb glass and canopy. Avoid using abrasive chemicals or liquid cleaners, as these can damage the matte black finish of the fittings.
