Puma Velocity Nitro 5 Trainers - White - Red - UK 10

Yes, the Velocity Nitro 5 is designed for high-mileage everyday training, making them suitable for long training runs.

While they are optimized for road running, the stable base makes them suitable for light gym activities or treadmill sessions.

With standard use on road surfaces, the outsole is built for durability, generally lasting between 300 to 500 miles depending on your gait and terrain.

Yes, they generally follow standard adult UK sizing; however, always ensure you measure your feet at the end of the day when they are at their largest.

No, the engineered mesh is designed for breathability, not waterproofing, so they may soak through in heavy rain.

Stuff the shoes with newspaper or a dry cloth to absorb moisture and let them air dry naturally. Avoid heat sources like radiators.

Ensure the laces are tightened using the top eyelet (runner's loop) to secure the ankle collar firmly.

Once dry, gently shake the shoe upside down and use a soft bristle brush to loosen trapped dust from the mesh pores.

Allow the shoes 24-48 hours of rest between runs to allow the foam to decompress and recover its original shape.
