Setup, Compatibility & Care
Transitioning to the Trail Glove 8 should be done gradually. If you are accustomed to shoes with high heel-to-toe drops, start by wearing these for short walks or light training sessions before attempting longer runs to allow your calves and arches to adjust to the zero-drop platform. To clean, remove loose debris with a soft brush after each outing. If the shoes become muddy, hand-wash them with a mild soap and cold water. Never put them in a dryer or expose them to direct heat sources, as this can degrade the foam and bonding agents; instead, let them air dry in a well-ventilated area with the insoles removed.
