Yes, the hood is detachable, allowing you to choose between a hooded look or a clean stand-collar style.
Cuin stands for cubic inches per ounce. A 750 rating indicates high-quality down that provides excellent insulation and compressibility.
The jacket is designed with a relaxed, loose fit intended for comfort and layering.
Professional cleaning is recommended, but if you must wash it at home, use a gentle cycle with down-safe detergent and tumble dry with dryer balls.
The jacket features a water-repellent finish, which is ideal for light rain and snow, but it is not fully waterproof for heavy downpours.
This is normal for down jackets. Gently pull the feather back into the jacket from the inside, then rub the fabric to close the opening.
Tumble dry the jacket on low heat with dryer balls or clean tennis balls for 15-20 minutes to restore loft.
To ensure the longevity of your Polo Ralph Lauren down jacket, avoid keeping it compressed in a storage bag for long periods, as this can damage the loft of the down feathers. For cleaning, it is highly recommended to use a professional dry cleaner specializing in down-insulated garments. If you must wash it at home, use a front-loading machine with a gentle cycle and mild detergent specifically designed for down; include clean tennis balls in the dryer on a low-heat setting to restore the jacket's fluffiness.
