The Polo Ralph Lauren Carly Jacket is a high-performance puffer coat designed for adult women who prioritize both style and core warmth in colder climates. Featuring 750-fill-power down insulation and a water-repellent finish, it provides excellent thermal retention in a relaxed, comfortable fit; however, users should note that the polyester construction requires careful attention to washing instructions to maintain the loft of the down filling.

It is water-repellent, meaning it will protect you from light rain and snow, but it is not intended to be fully waterproof in heavy downpours.
It features a relaxed fit, providing enough room to layer clothing underneath.
Place the jacket in the dryer on a low heat setting with dryer balls or clean tennis balls to fluff the down back into place.
The water-repellent coating may need to be refreshed with a spray-on DWR (Durable Water Repellent) treatment.
To ensure the longevity of your jacket, always consult the internal care label before cleaning. While the item is machine washable, use a gentle cycle with cold water and a mild detergent suitable for down products. For drying, it is highly recommended to use a low-heat setting in a dryer with clean tennis balls to help redistribute the down and prevent it from clumping. Avoid using harsh chemicals or fabric softeners, as these can strip the water-repellent finish. When storing, keep the jacket in a cool, dry place and avoid compressing it for extended periods to maintain its insulating properties.
