Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the best performance from your Glycerin GTS 23 trainers, start by ensuring the laces are tensioned comfortably across the midfoot to lock the heel in place. Because these are road trainers, avoid trail use, as loose gravel and jagged rocks can damage the exposed foam sections. For care, do not machine wash or dry your trainers; the heat can compromise the integrity of the foam cushioning and adhesives. Instead, clean the exterior with a soft brush and mild soap, then allow them to air dry away from direct sunlight or extreme heat sources. Replace the shoes every 400-500 miles to maintain optimal support and impact protection.
