The ASICS Gel Rocket 12 is a premier choice for female athletes engaging in volleyball and other fast-paced indoor court sports. These trainers are specifically engineered to provide superior shock absorption and lateral stability, making them ideal for players who frequently jump and pivot. While they offer exceptional performance on indoor hardwood, users should note that the specialized non-marking sole is optimized for court surfaces and may show premature wear if used regularly on abrasive outdoor pavement.

No, these shoes are designed specifically for indoor court surfaces. Using them on concrete or asphalt will cause the sole to wear out rapidly.
Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap. Never submerge them in water or place them in a washing machine.
The Gel Rocket 12 features a reinforced construction and stable base that offers good support for typical court movements, though it is a low-top trainer.
Yes, the rubber outsole is non-marking, making it safe for all indoor gymnasium floors.
Yes, the internal sockliner is typically removable, allowing you to insert custom orthotics if required.
Clean the outsole with a slightly damp cloth to remove accumulated court dust and debris.
Ensure the shoe is the correct size and consider trying different lacing techniques to adjust tension across the midfoot.
Check that your toenails are trimmed to prevent internal rubbing and ensure the shoe size is appropriate for your foot shape.
To maximize the lifespan of your Gel Rocket 12 trainers, always ensure you are using them on clean indoor surfaces. After training, unlace the shoes slightly and remove them carefully to maintain the integrity of the heel counter. If the shoes become damp from sweat, stuff them with newspaper or a shoe tree and let them air dry naturally away from direct heat sources like radiators, which can damage the synthetic materials. If cleaning is necessary, use a soft brush to remove dust and a damp cloth with mild soap for surface stains. Avoid machine washing or drying, as this can degrade the specialized GEL cushioning and adhesive bonds.
