FAQs
Are these shoes suitable for running?
No, the Upcourt 6 is specifically designed for indoor court sports and lacks the cushioning and stability needed for long-distance running.
Can I use these for outdoor tennis?
These are optimized for indoor courts. Using them on abrasive outdoor surfaces will significantly reduce the lifespan of the outsole.
Is the sizing true to size?
The Upcourt 6 fits true to standard adult sizing. If you prefer a looser fit or wear thick orthotics, consider half a size up.
How do I maintain the white color?
Wipe with a damp cloth immediately after use to prevent dirt from setting into the mesh fabric.
Do these shoes come with removable insoles?
Yes, the internal sockliner is designed to be removable if you wish to swap in custom orthotics.
Troubleshooting
The mesh is collecting dust and appearing grey/dull.
Use a soft-bristled brush to gently remove debris from the mesh gaps after each match.
Feeling slipping inside the shoe during sharp movements.
Ensure the laces are tightened appropriately and consider using performance athletic socks for better friction.
Pros and Cons
Pros

- Lightweight construction reduces foot fatigue
- Environmentally conscious manufacturing process
- Adaptable fit that conforms well to the foot
Cons
- Primarily designed for indoor use, may wear quickly on rough outdoor surfaces
- Limited lateral support compared to high-end stability shoes
- White/Grey colorway requires regular cleaning to maintain appearance
Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your ASICS Upcourt 6 trainers, it is important to follow proper maintenance steps.
- Cleaning: Wipe away surface dust after each use using a soft, dry brush. For deeper cleaning, use a damp cloth with mild soap; do not submerge the shoes in water.
- Drying: Air dry naturally in a cool, well-ventilated area. Avoid direct sunlight or using artificial heat sources like radiators, as these can warp the mesh and glue components.
- Storage: Store in a dry place to prevent mold growth on the mesh components.
- Compatibility: These trainers are standard fit; wear with athletic moisture-wicking socks to maintain the internal climate of the shoe.
