While it is durable and wipeable, this product is primarily formulated for standard interior walls and ceilings. For high-moisture areas, consider a dedicated bathroom or kitchen paint.
No, this is specifically formulated for interior walls and ceilings. Use appropriate wood or metal primers and topcoats for those surfaces.
Touch-drying usually occurs within a few hours, but it is recommended to wait at least 4 hours before applying a second coat under normal room temperature conditions.
If you are painting over bare plaster or a very porous surface, a mist coat or primer is recommended to ensure even coverage.
Since this is a water-based emulsion, you can clean brushes and rollers easily with warm soapy water.
It is a 'soft sheen' finish, which sits in between a matte and a satin finish, providing a subtle, sophisticated luster.
The first coat often serves as a base; apply a second coat once the first is fully dry to achieve full opacity and an even finish.
Ensure you are using a quality roller, avoid overworking the paint, and maintain a 'wet edge' while applying to ensure seamless blending.
Check that the surface was properly cleaned and sanded if previously painted with a non-porous or high-gloss finish.
Before application, ensure that all walls and ceilings are clean, dry, and free from loose paint, dust, or grease. If painting over existing gloss or semi-gloss surfaces, lightly sand the area to provide a key for adhesion. Use a high-quality roller or brush suitable for water-based emulsions to achieve the best results. For maintenance, simply use a soft, damp cloth or sponge to gently remove dust or surface dirt. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners, as these can dull the finish over time. Store the paint in a cool, dry place with the lid tightly sealed to prevent the emulsion from drying out.
