Troubleshooting

Jacket feels less warm than expected.

Ensure the jacket has been properly dried after washing. Check the fill (down) for any clumping and redistribute if necessary. Consider layering with additional warm clothing underneath for colder conditions.

Water is penetrating the jacket during light rain.

Check the jacket's outer shell for any damage or wear. If the water-repellent finish has diminished, consider re-treating the jacket with a water-repellent spray.

Zipper is sticking or difficult to close.

Try lubricating the zipper with a dry lubricant or wax. Avoid pulling the zipper forcefully; ensure the fabric is not caught.
