Yes, but it is not an insulated suit. For cold weather, it's recommended to layer warm clothing underneath, such as a fleece or thermal base layer.
The suit can be machine washed at 40°C with similar colours. Avoid bleaching, ironing, and dry cleaning. Tumble dry on a low heat.
A 'grown-on hood' means the hood is permanently attached to the suit, rather than being detachable.

Isolite is Regatta's own lightweight, waterproof and breathable fabric technology, designed to protect against the elements while keeping the wearer comfortable.
Ensure all seams are properly taped. If the suit is old, the taping may have degraded; consider applying seam sealer or replacing the suit.
This suit is designed for protection from water and wind, not for insulation. Add warm layers underneath, such as a fleece or thermal base layer, for cold weather.
This is normal for waterproof fabrics. Ensure you are following the care instructions, particularly regarding drying and avoiding harsh chemicals.
Check for any fabric caught in the zipper. Gently try to work the zipper back and forth. Applying a little wax or graphite can help smooth operation.
