FAQs

Are these shoes suitable for running?

Yes, they are designed for recreational running and active play, though not for professional track competition.

Can the insoles be removed?

The insoles are generally integrated into the shoe design; it is recommended to keep them in place to maintain the Cloudfoam support.

How do I determine the right size?

These trainers feature a regular fit; choose the size based on standard UK children's sizing.

Are they machine washable?

It is not recommended to machine wash these shoes as it may damage the materials and the adhesive used in the construction.

What kind of surface are these best for?

The durable rubber outsole is ideal for pavement, school playgrounds, and gym floors.

Troubleshooting

Hook-and-loop strap not staying closed

Clean debris, lint, or hair out of the hook side of the strap using a stiff brush or a fine-toothed comb.

Shoes feeling too tight during the day

Loosen the base elastic laces slightly to accommodate natural foot swelling that occurs after hours of activity.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Easy for children to put on and take off independently
Soft internal lining prevents irritation
Effective cushioning for all-day comfort
Durable outsole provides good grip
Uses recycled materials for improved sustainability

Cons

Not intended for high-intensity competitive sports
Camouflage pattern may be harder to clean if mud settles into textures
Hook-and-loop strap may lose stickiness over long-term heavy use

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure the best performance, adjust the stretchy laces for the initial fit and then use the hook-and-loop strap for daily fastening. For cleaning, remove surface dirt with a soft brush after the mud has dried. Use a damp cloth with mild soap for localized stains; avoid submerging the shoes in water or using a washing machine, as high-heat drying can compromise the foam integrity and glue bonds. Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the color and material flexibility.
