The adidas Runfalcon 5 Junior Trainers are designed for active kids who need reliable footwear for running, school sports, and daily play. Featuring a responsive Cloudfoam midsole and a breathable textile upper, these shoes prioritize long-lasting comfort and athletic support. While they are built for durability, users should note that the sizing on the box may display US or Euro conversions that differ from UK sizing, so testing for the correct fit before heavy use is essential.

It is not recommended to machine wash these trainers as it can degrade the cushioning and upper materials. Clean them with a damp cloth instead.
Since international sizes can differ, always prioritize the UK size listed on the shoe label and try them on with the socks the child intends to wear.
The Runfalcon 5 has a standard fit. If your child has very wide feet, you may want to try a half-size up or look for models specifically labeled as wide.
They are ideal for everyday use on paved surfaces, indoor gym floors, and playground turf.
The upper is constructed from synthetic and textile materials, and the shoe is generally designed as a vegan-friendly product.
Ensure you are using a double knot or consider replacing the laces with elastic athletic laces if the child struggles with tying them.
Remove the insole, clean the inner base of the shoe, and ensure the insole is pressed firmly back into place; if it persists, use a small piece of double-sided adhesive.
To ensure the best performance from your adidas Runfalcon 5 trainers, always verify the fit before finalizing the purchase, paying close attention to the UK size indicated on the label regardless of the US/Euro markings on the box. For care, keep the shoes in good condition by wiping down the synthetic and textile upper with a damp cloth if they become dusty or muddy. Avoid machine washing, as high heat and heavy agitation can damage the foam midsole and adhesive materials. If the shoes get wet, air dry them naturally away from direct heat sources like radiators to maintain the integrity of the fabric.
