Troubleshooting

Light does not turn on

Ensure the power supply is switched on at the mains. Check that the bulb is correctly screwed in and is not burnt out. Verify all wiring connections were made correctly by a qualified electrician.

Flickering light

Check the bulb for a secure fit. If the bulb is old, try replacing it with a new one. Ensure the power supply is stable and there are no issues with the light switch or dimmer (if applicable).

Pendant hanging unevenly

Adjust the suspension cable to ensure it is taut and evenly balanced. If the ceiling hook or mounting point is uneven, this may need to be rectified.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup: Installation of the Original BTC Giant Pendant Light requires connection to a mains power supply. It is recommended that installation be performed by a qualified electrician to ensure safety and compliance with local building codes. The pendant comes with a tinned braided cable for hanging, and the length may need to be adjusted to suit the desired drop.

Compatibility: This pendant light is designed for indoor use only. It is compatible with standard ceiling electrical boxes. The light source (bulb) is not included and should be selected based on the fixture's maximum wattage and socket type (typically an E27/ES screw fitting, though this should be confirmed). The optional wired glass visor can be attached post-installation.

Care: To maintain the appearance of the pendant, dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn marks, a slightly damp cloth can be used, followed immediately by drying with a clean cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents, as these can damage the finish.
