Troubleshooting

Light does not turn on.

Check that the power supply is on and the circuit breaker has not tripped. Ensure the bulb is correctly screwed in and is functional. Verify all wiring connections are secure.

Light flickers.

This may indicate an issue with the bulb or the dimmer switch. Try replacing the bulb with a new one, preferably from a reputable brand known for dimmable compatibility. Test the dimmer switch or consider replacing it if the issue persists.

Light is not dimmable.

Ensure you are using a bulb specifically labeled as 'dimmable'. Also, confirm that your home's light switch is a compatible dimmer switch and not a standard on/off switch.

Shade feels loose.

Check that the retaining ring or mechanism holding the shade in place is tightened correctly. Do not overtighten, as this could damage the shade.
