The adidas Handball Spezial trainers are designed for individuals who appreciate timeless athletic aesthetics and everyday comfort. Originally engineered for elite handball players in 1979, these trainers offer a classic vintage charm suitable for casual urban wear, though they are optimized for lifestyle use rather than modern high-intensity court performance.

The Handball Spezial generally follows standard adidas sizing, fitting consistently with other heritage models.
While originally designed for handball, modern court sports require specialized gear. These are best reserved for lifestyle and fashion purposes.

No, they are primarily constructed from suede and are not waterproof. We recommend avoiding heavy rain to preserve the material.
The OrthoLite liner is a breathable, cushioned footbed that provides superior shock absorption and moisture management compared to standard foam inserts.
Use a specialized suede eraser or a very soft dry brush to gently buff out the scuffs in the direction of the material grain.
Try re-lacing the shoes using a 'window' lacing technique to relieve pressure on the top of the foot.
The adidas Handball Spezial uses a standard lace-up closure; simply adjust the tension to your preference to lock the foot in place.
