The Nike Air Max 90 is a classic, iconic trainer designed for kids who need a blend of heritage style and modern, everyday comfort. Featuring signature Max Air cushioning and a spacious toe box, these shoes are ideal for active play; however, parents should note that the specialized Waffle outsole is best suited for casual wear and light athletic activity rather than high-intensity competitive sports.

Yes, they are generally true to size with an added benefit of a roomier toe box for extra comfort.
They are suitable for casual sports and playground activities, though they are not designed for professional-level athletic performance.
Keep them out of direct, prolonged sunlight when not in use and clean them regularly to prevent dirt buildup.
The factory insoles are typically designed to be fixed; removing them may alter the fit of the shoe.
The shoe features a mix of durable upper materials and a solid rubber Waffle outsole for longevity.
Use a double-knot technique or replace with high-friction laces if the child is very active.
Apply a small amount of non-abrasive cleaner to a cloth and wipe the midsole area gently.
To ensure the best fit, utilize the variable-width lacing system to adjust tension according to the child's foot width. When cleaning the trainers, avoid machine washing or drying, as this can damage the structural integrity and the Air unit. Instead, use a damp cloth and mild soap to spot-clean the upper material. For the outsole, a soft-bristled brush can be used to remove dirt lodged in the Waffle pattern. Always allow the shoes to air dry away from direct heat sources to maintain the shape and material quality.
