While they offer great cushioning for general activity and play, they are classified as trainers and are best suited for everyday wear rather than specialized competitive sports.
Wipe the surface with a damp, soft cloth. For tougher stains, use a mild leather cleaner specifically designed for footwear.
The leather upper provides some resistance to light moisture, but they are not fully waterproof and should not be submerged.
The Nike Air Max 90 generally fits true to size. If you prefer extra room for growth or thick socks, consider sizing up by a half size.
The visible Max Air unit provides visible evidence of the Nike Air cushioning technology, which works to compress and absorb impact forces.
This is normal with leather sneakers; use a shoe tree when not in use to help maintain the original shape.
Use a soft-bristled brush to gently dislodge small stones or dirt from the rubber grooves.
Ensure you are using a double knot or consider replacing them with elastic laces for younger children who struggle with tying.
Getting the most out of your Air Max 90 Tech trainers involves a few simple steps. Ensure the laces are adjusted to a snug, comfortable tension that allows for easy on-and-off movement without letting the heel slip. Regarding compatibility, these shoes pair well with both casual jeans and athletic joggers. To care for them, use a damp cloth to wipe down the leather upper after muddy outings, and avoid machine washing, which can damage the adhesive and structural integrity of the shoe. Allow them to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources to prevent the leather from cracking.
