Setup
- Lacing: Ensure boots are laced securely but not overly tight. Start from the bottom eyelets and work your way up, pulling each section snug for a personalized fit.
- Fit Check: The boots should feel snug around your entire foot, providing a 'second-skin' sensation, without excessive pressure points or heel slippage. Your toes should not be pressing against the very end.
- Break-in: It's advisable to wear the boots for a few short sessions (e.g., light training or warm-ups) before a full match to allow them to mold to your feet and achieve optimal comfort.
Compatibility
These boots are specifically designed for Firm Ground (FG) pitches. This includes natural grass fields that are dry and relatively hard. They are not recommended for use on soft ground, artificial turf (AG), or indoor surfaces, as using them on unsuitable surfaces can lead to reduced performance, potential damage to the boots, or an increased risk of injury. Always match your boot type to the playing surface.
Care
- Cleaning after Use: After every match or training session, promptly clean off any mud, grass, or dirt. Use a soft brush or cloth and lukewarm water. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the synthetic materials.
- Drying: Allow the boots to air dry naturally at room temperature. Do not dry them near direct heat sources such as radiators, heaters, or in direct sunlight, as this can cause the synthetic materials to crack, stiffen, or deform.
- Storage: Store your boots in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use. Consider using boot trees or stuffing them with newspaper to help them retain their original shape and absorb any remaining moisture.
- Avoid Submerging: Do not submerge the entire boot in water for extended periods, as this can compromise the materials and construction.
