Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: The Brooks Glycerin 23 trainers come ready to wear straight out of the box. Ensure you have selected the correct size for optimal comfort and performance. Adjust the traditional lacing system to achieve a secure, personalized fit across your midfoot.
Compatibility: These trainers are designed for road running and general training. They are compatible with most running insoles if you require custom orthotics, but the built-in cushioning is substantial. They are suitable for adult runners of all experience levels seeking enhanced comfort.
Care:
- Cleaning: Use a soft brush or cloth with cool water and mild soap to gently clean the upper and midsole. Avoid harsh detergents or abrasive cleaners. Remove insoles and laces for separate cleaning.
- Drying: Allow shoes to air dry naturally at room temperature. Do not place them near direct heat sources like radiators or in a tumble dryer, as this can damage the materials.
- Storage: Store your trainers in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use. Using shoe trees can help maintain their shape.
- Laundering: It is generally not recommended to machine wash running shoes. Hand cleaning is the preferred method to preserve the shoe's integrity and cushioning properties.
