The Maxcook 3-Layer Double-Flavor Hot Pot is designed for home cooks who enjoy communal dining and want to serve two different broth bases simultaneously. It is an ideal vessel for family gatherings or dinner parties, offering efficient heat distribution thanks to its high-quality construction. However, due to its 30cm size, users should ensure they have adequate burner surface area to accommodate the base evenly for the best performance.

Hand washing is recommended to prolong the life of the pot and ensure the divider seal remains intact.
Yes, the 3-layer construction is designed to be compatible with most induction, gas, and electric stovetops.
The pot is designed with a standard depth appropriate for 30cm diameter vessels, ideal for submerging a variety of hot pot ingredients.
Fogging is normal during cooking due to condensation; simply wipe the exterior with a dry cloth or use the handle to lift it briefly.
No, the divider is integrated into the design to ensure a leak-proof seal between the two chambers.
Ensure the center divider is seated properly and not impacted by large ingredients that might push it out of alignment.
Verify that your burner is large enough to cover the base of the 30cm pot and that the pot is perfectly centered.
Use a small amount of oil or ensure the liquid is at a proper simmer; avoid high-heat settings when cooking thick sauces.
Before the first use, wash the pot with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge to remove any manufacturing residue. The pot is compatible with most standard stovetops; however, always center the pot over the burner to ensure the bottom heats evenly. After dining, allow the pot to cool completely before washing to avoid thermal shock. While the stainless steel body is durable, it is recommended to wash by hand to maintain the finish and avoid degrading the integrity of the divider seal. Do not use metal utensils that may scratch the surface.
