The ASICS Superblast 3 is designed for adult runners who demand a versatile trainer capable of handling everything from high-mileage long runs to energetic speed sessions and recovery jogs. Featuring advanced foam technology and a high-stack design, this shoe delivers exceptional energy return and a stable, responsive ride for neutral runners. While its significant midsole height offers elite-level cushioning, runners accustomed to low-profile ground-feel shoes may find the increased stack height requires an adjustment period to ensure optimal stability.

Yes, the high-stack cushioning and energy return foam make them an excellent choice for long-distance training and marathon racing.
These shoes are designed for road surfaces; while they can handle light gravel, they are not intended for technical or rugged off-road trails.
The Superblast 3 is designed to be lightweight despite its bulky appearance, focusing on a balance of performance and comfort.
Generally, running shoes should be replaced every 300 to 500 miles depending on your running style and surface conditions.
The fit is generally true to size for most runners, but it is recommended to ensure a thumb's width of space at the front of the shoe.
The Superblast 3 is a neutral shoe, meaning it does not contain medial support components for overpronation.
Adjust the lacing pattern to a runner's loop or secure the knot more firmly to lock the heel in place.
Ensure you are landing mid-foot and allowing the shoe's geometry to guide the transition rather than over-striding.
Rotate the shoes with another pair to allow the foam to decompress fully between sessions.
To maximize the lifespan of your Superblast 3 trainers, ensure a proper fit by confirming your UK sizing; the shoe features a neutral build that accommodates standard foot shapes. For routine care, keep the shoes away from direct heat sources like radiators to prevent foam degradation. If the shoes become wet, remove the insoles and stuff the interiors with newspaper to draw out moisture slowly. Regularly check the outsole for debris and clean with a soft brush and mild soap if necessary. Avoid machine washing or drying, as these can compromise the structural integrity of the foam technologies.
