Asics Novablast 6 Trainers - Blue/White - UK 7

While designed primarily for daily training, the energy return makes them very capable for long-distance racing and tempo efforts.

The Novablast 6 is a neutral trainer, relying on its wide base and secure tongue construction for inherent stability.

The Novablast 6 fits true to size for most runners. Ensure there is about a thumb's width of space between your longest toe and the front of the shoe.

The shoe is optimized for road and light path use. While the ASICSGRIP offers good traction, it is not a dedicated trail shoe.

The Novablast 6 features an updated midsole configuration with the FF TURBO SQUARED pod for improved responsiveness and a more durable outsole rubber application.

Adjust the laces to utilize the full length of the tongue wing construction, which is designed to keep it centered.

Loosen the laces starting from the eyelet nearest the toes to allow the engineered woven upper to expand naturally.

Clean the ASICSGRIP rubber on the outsole with a stiff brush to remove lodged debris or grit.
