FAQs
Are these flip-flops suitable for wide feet?
The iQushion range is designed with an average width; however, the soft, flexible straps typically accommodate various foot shapes comfortably.
Can I wear these in the ocean?
Yes, they are made from water-resistant materials, though we recommend rinsing them with fresh water after exposure to salt water.
How does the iQushion technology differ from regular sandals?
Unlike traditional flat rubber flip-flops, iQushion uses contoured, high-rebound foam that provides arch support and shock absorption.
Do I need to break these in?
Most users find them comfortable immediately, but if you have sensitive feet, wear them for short periods during the first few days.
Are these machine washable?
We recommend hand-cleaning with a damp cloth or rinsing under water to preserve the integrity of the ergonomic foam.
Troubleshooting
Feeling 'tuck' or uneven arch support
Ensure the foot is positioned correctly in the center of the heel cup and that the size matches your natural arch length.
Slippery when wet
While water-resistant, ensure the footbed is wiped clean of soap or oil residue which can cause temporary loss of traction.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your Fitflop iQushion sandals last, follow these simple maintenance steps.
- Sizing: Ensure you have selected your accurate UK foot size to align the arch support correctly with your foot shape.
- Cleaning: Use a damp cloth to wipe away surface dirt. Since the materials are water-resistant, you can also rinse them under cold water. Avoid submerging them in harsh detergents.
- Drying: Air dry only. Do not place these flip-flops near heat sources like radiators or in direct sunlight for extended periods, as this may warp the ergonomic material.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place when not in use to maintain the integrity of the foam.
