FAQs
Can I wear these for long walks?
Yes, they are designed for extended comfort compared to standard flip-flops, though they are intended for casual walking rather than long-distance trekking.
How do I determine my size?
These flip-flops generally follow standard UK sizing; choose the size you would typically wear in a closed-toe shoe.
Are these suitable for wet surfaces?
Yes, the materials are water-resistant, making them ideal for the beach, pool deck, or shower areas.
How should I clean my IQUSHION flip-flops?
Use a damp cloth and mild soap, then allow them to air dry in a shaded area.
Do these provide arch support?
Yes, the core feature of the IQUSHION range is the ergonomically shaped footbed that includes built-in arch support.
Can I leave them in the sun?
It is recommended to avoid prolonged exposure to direct, intense sunlight, as it may degrade the cushioning material over time.
Troubleshooting
The strap feels tight against the foot.
The straps may stretch slightly with use; try wearing them for short periods at home to allow the material to relax.
Footbed feels slippery when wet.
While the material is water-friendly, ensure the surface is wiped clean and dried properly if you notice a film or residue, which can cause slipping.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
No setup is required; these sandals are ready to wear immediately out of the box. To ensure longevity, keep your Fitflops away from extreme heat sources like radiators or direct sunlight in a car, as high temperatures can warp the materials. To clean them, simply wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap. Because they are water-friendly, you can gently rinse them with cool water and air dry them away from direct sun. Ensure you select your standard UK size for the best fit, as the ergonomic footbed is designed to accommodate standard foot proportions.
