FAQs
Are these flip-flops suitable for wide feet?
The ergonomic design accommodates most standard foot shapes, but users with very wide feet may find the straps snug initially.
Can I wear these in the ocean?
Yes, they are water-friendly, but rinse them with fresh water after salt or chlorinated exposure to preserve the material.
What is the specific sizing for this pair?
This model is sized as 4 UK, which aligns with standard adult female sizing.
Do they provide better support than cheap rubber flip-flops?
Yes, the IQUSHION line is specifically designed with an ergonomic footbed, whereas cheap alternatives typically offer no arch support.
How do I know if they are authentic?
Ensure you are purchasing from authorized retailers and check for the Fitflop branding on the footbed and strap.
Troubleshooting
Slippers feel slippery when wet
Wipe the footbed down with a dry cloth; the material is designed for comfort but can retain moisture.
Strap feels too tight
The material will naturally flex and contour to the foot with a few days of wear. Avoid forcefully stretching the straps.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your Fitflop IQUSHION sandals maintain their comfort, follow these guidelines:
- Fitting: Ensure your heel sits comfortably within the heel cup and that your arch aligns with the molded support.
- Cleaning: Use a damp, soft cloth with mild soap to wipe away dirt. Avoid soaking the sandals in water or using harsh detergents.
- Storage: Keep away from direct heat sources such as radiators or direct prolonged sunlight, which can warp the material over time.
- Surface Compatibility: Best used on flat, even surfaces such as pavement, tiles, or wooden floors.
