The Nike Air Max 90 Trainers are ideal for adults seeking a blend of classic style and everyday comfort for casual wear or light walking. These trainers feature a signature aesthetic with reliable underfoot cushioning, though the structured design requires a short break-in period for optimal comfort.

Yes, they generally fit true to standard adult sizing, though the structured design may feel snug initially.
These are lifestyle trainers; while they provide comfort for walking, they are not engineered for high-intensity running.
It is recommended to apply a water and stain repellent spray suitable for trainers before wearing them for the first time.
The Air unit in the heel is designed to provide lightweight cushioning and impact absorption for all-day wear.
The insoles in the Nike Air Max 90 are generally designed to be removable if you require custom orthotics.
Try re-lacing the trainers using a parallel lacing technique to reduce pressure over the instep.
Use a specialized sneaker cleaning wipe or a soft-bristled brush with a gentle leather-safe cleaner.
Ensure the laces are tied firmly and consider using a 'runner's loop' or heel-lock lacing method to secure the ankle.
Getting the best out of your Air Max 90s starts with ensuring the correct size, as the structure is relatively firm. Ensure laces are tensioned evenly across the midfoot to avoid pressure points. For care, keep these trainers away from abrasive materials. To clean, use a soft brush or cloth with mild soapy water to remove surface dirt from the panel design. Always air dry the shoes away from direct heat sources, such as radiators, which can compromise the materials or the integrity of the air unit.
