The Nike Air Max 90 in black is an iconic, versatile trainer designed for women who value a blend of timeless style and reliable daily comfort. It features the signature Air Max cushioning unit in the heel, providing responsive impact protection during long walks or casual outings, though the structured design may require a short break-in period for those with wider feet.

Yes, they generally fit true to size. If you prefer a wider fit, consider going up half a size.
While they are comfortable, they are designed as lifestyle trainers. They are better suited for walking than dedicated distance running.
Use a soft brush to remove loose dirt and a damp cloth with mild soap for any stubborn spots.
The Air Max unit provides a slight lift, which is standard for this model, providing both a classic look and extra cushioning.
Yes, the insoles are removable if you prefer to use custom orthotics.
They are not waterproof. It is recommended to use a water-repellent spray if you plan to wear them in light rain.
Adjust the lacing system to be looser across the bridge of the foot to allow for better expansion.
Use a shoe tree when not in use to help the materials retain their original shape.
Periodically inspect the tread pattern and gently dislodge debris with a blunt tool.
For the best fit, ensure you are wearing socks of appropriate thickness, as the Air Max 90 tends to have a structured, true-to-size interior. To maintain the appearance of the black finish, wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth to remove surface dirt. Avoid machine washing or submerging the shoes, as this can degrade the foam and internal cushioning. If the shoes get wet, air-dry them away from direct heat sources to prevent the materials from warping or becoming brittle.
