Setup: Getting Started
- Lacing: Before your first use, properly lace the boots, ensuring a snug but comfortable fit. Experiment with different lacing patterns to find what works best for your foot shape.
- Break-in: Like all football boots, a short break-in period is recommended. Wear them for light training sessions or walks before a full match to allow them to mold to your feet.
Compatibility: Pitch Surfaces
These boots feature a Firm Ground / Multi-Ground (FG/MG) soleplate, making them suitable for:
- Firm Natural Grass Pitches: Standard grass fields.
- Artificial Grass Pitches: Both 3G and 4G synthetic turf surfaces.
They are not recommended for soft ground (SG), extremely hard ground (HG), or indoor surfaces, as the stud configuration is not optimized for these conditions.
Care: Maintenance for Longevity
- Cleaning After Each Use: Remove excess mud and dirt with a soft brush or cloth. For stubborn dirt, use a damp cloth and mild soap.
- Drying: Allow boots to air dry naturally at room temperature. Avoid direct sunlight or heat sources (like radiators), as this can damage the synthetic materials and adhesives.
- Odor Control: If odors develop, remove insoles and air them out. You can also use boot deodorizers or stuff boots with newspaper to absorb moisture and smells.
- Storage: Store boots in a cool, dry place. Using a boot bag can protect them during transport.
- Avoid Machine Washing: Never put your football boots in a washing machine or dryer, as this can severely damage them.
