The Saucony Triumph 24 is a premier neutral trainer designed for high-mileage runners who prioritize maximum cushioning and long-term comfort. Its standout feature is the all-new incrediLUX foam, which provides a plush, responsive ride without the heavy bulk found in many maximalist shoes. While these trainers excel at providing protection during long, slow recovery runs or daily training, those seeking a lightweight racing flat for speed work might find the extra stack height and cushioning to be excessive for high-tempo sessions.

These shoes are designed primarily for road and paved surfaces. While they can handle light gravel paths, they lack the protection and aggressive lug pattern needed for technical trails.
While mileage varies based on surface and running style, the XT-900 outsole and high-quality foam generally provide between 400 and 500 miles of consistent performance.
The Triumph 24 is a neutral trainer. If you have severe overpronation, you may require a shoe with additional medial posting or stability structures.
The comfort mesh is designed to maintain its shape, but it will soften slightly after the first 30-50 miles to better accommodate your unique foot shape.
Yes, the insoles are removable and replaceable with most aftermarket or custom orthotic inserts.
Try a different lacing pattern, such as skipping the eyelet over the pressure point, to loosen the upper mesh.
Use a runner's loop (heel lock) lacing technique to secure the ankle collar more firmly against your heel.
To ensure the best performance from your Triumph 24, break them in by wearing them on shorter walks or easy runs for the first few sessions. The shoes are compatible with standard and custom orthotics if you require specific arch support. To maintain the life of the shoe, avoid machine washing or tumble drying, as this can break down the adhesives and foam properties. Instead, wipe the upper mesh with a damp cloth and mild soap to remove dirt. If the shoes become soaked after a run, remove the insoles and stuff the interiors with newspaper to help them dry naturally away from direct heat sources like radiators or direct sunlight.
