The Gabor Hodie boots are an excellent choice for adults seeking a sophisticated, calf-length style that balances daily comfort with a trendy aesthetic. These boots provide a stable walking experience thanks to a 4 cm wooden-effect block heel and a durable synthetic sole, making them suitable for cooler weather. While they offer exceptional comfort with removable recycled footbeds, the suede material requires careful maintenance to preserve its texture and appearance against the elements.

No, they are made of suede, which is porous. You should use a protective spray to make them water-resistant, but they should not be worn in heavy rain.
Yes, the Gabor Hodie boots feature removable footbeds, making it easy to swap them for your own custom orthotics.
Wipe the heel with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust. Avoid using harsh chemicals as they may damage the finish.
A D-fitting is the standard width for Gabor footwear, offering a comfortable, average fit for most adult feet.
The D-fitting is considered standard. If you have significantly wider feet, you may find them snug, but the soft suede material may allow for slight stretching over time.
Gently rub a graphite pencil or a specialized zip lubricant along the teeth to improve smoothness.
Lightly dampen the entire surface with a specialized suede cleaner and let it air dry to ensure even color distribution.
Since the footbeds are removable, you can easily replace them with new insoles to restore cushioning.
When you first receive your Gabor Hodie boots, ensure they are stored in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight, which can fade the suede. Before wearing them outdoors for the first time, it is highly recommended to apply a suede-specific protective spray to repel moisture and dirt. To clean, use a soft suede brush to gently lift debris and restore the nap. If the boots become damp, allow them to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources like radiators, as high heat can stiffen the suede. The removable footbeds should be taken out occasionally to air out the inside of the boot, ensuring freshness throughout the season.
