While the high-quality leather provides some natural resistance to moisture, they are not classified as waterproof and should be treated with a protective spray if intended for damp conditions.
Gabor footwear generally follows standard sizing, but we recommend measuring your feet in the evening when they are at their largest to ensure the most comfortable fit.
The ergonomic design is integrated into the build of the boot; replacing the insoles may alter the intended support and comfort profile.
The Nappa Roma series is designed with an ergonomic shape that accommodates a variety of foot widths, though leather naturally stretches slightly over time to fit better.
Keep them in a cool, dry place, ideally using boot trees or stuffed with tissue paper to help them maintain their shape when not in use.
Wear them indoors for short periods with thick socks to help the leather soften and mold to your foot shape.
Use a matching leather polish or cream to buff out minor surface scuffs and restore the uniform color.
Clean the surface thoroughly, then apply a leather conditioner to nourish the material and restore its natural sheen.
To ensure your Nappa Roma boots last for years, proper care is essential. Use a soft cloth to wipe away dust and debris after each use. For maintenance, apply a high-quality leather cream or conditioner periodically to keep the leather supple and prevent cracking. Store the boots in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the color and material integrity. If the boots get wet, let them air dry naturally away from direct heat sources, such as radiators, which can cause the leather to shrink or harden.
