Setup: 1. Lacing: Utilize the extended lacing system to achieve your preferred fit. Loosen all laces, slide your foot in, then progressively tighten from the bottom up, ensuring a snug but comfortable feel around the Primeknit tongue. 2. Break-in: Like all leather boots, a short break-in period is recommended. Wear them for light training sessions or walks before competitive matches to allow the leather to mold to your foot. Compatibility: These boots are specifically designed for Soft Ground (SG) football pitches. This means natural grass pitches that are wet, muddy, or require maximum stud penetration for grip. Using them on firm ground (FG) or artificial turf (AG) is not recommended, as it can damage the studs and reduce performance. Care: 1. Cleaning: After each use, wipe off excess mud and dirt with a damp cloth. For stubborn dirt, use a soft brush and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals. 2. Drying: Stuff the boots with newspaper to absorb moisture and help retain their shape. Allow them to air dry at room temperature; never use direct heat (like radiators or hairdryers) as this can dry out and crack the leather. 3. Conditioning: Periodically apply a leather conditioner to the leather forefoot to keep it supple and prevent cracking. 4. Lacquer Wear: Please note that the lacquer finish on the bottom of the Comfortframe soleplate may wear off during play. This is a normal cosmetic occurrence and will not affect the performance or durability of the product.
