FAQs
Are these shoes suitable for running?
While inspired by running aesthetics, these are categorized as lifestyle trainers best suited for walking and daily casual use.
How do I determine my size?
These trainers follow standard adult UK sizing; refer to the manufacturer's size guide for your specific foot length.
Can I put these in the washing machine?
It is not recommended to wash these in a machine, as the heat and agitation can damage the leather and structural adhesives.
Does the mesh keep feet dry in the rain?
The breathable mesh is designed for ventilation and will allow water to pass through, so they are not waterproof.
What is the primary material used in the upper?
The upper consists of a combination of breathable mesh and durable synthetic/leather overlays.
Troubleshooting
Visible dirt on mesh
Use a soft brush to gently lift dry debris before wiping with a slightly damp cloth.
Creasing on leather parts
Use a shoe tree when not in use to help the shoe maintain its shape.
Slippery insoles
Ensure your feet are dry before putting the shoes on; if slipping persists, consider aftermarket insoles.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your Nike V5 Rnr trainers maintain their longevity, follow these care guidelines:
- Cleaning: Wipe the synthetic overlays and mesh with a damp cloth. For tougher stains, use a mild soap and a soft-bristled brush on the rubber outsole.
- Leather Care: Since these trainers feature leather components, avoid submerging them in water or using harsh industrial cleaners.
- Drying: Always air-dry at room temperature away from direct heat sources like radiators, which can warp the materials.
- Fit: These trainers use a classic lace fastening system; ensure they are tied securely to lock the heel in place, taking advantage of the plush collar lining for a personalized fit.
