FAQs
What is the primary purpose of the UA ARMR Shower Slide?
The UA ARMR Shower Slide is designed for comfort and protection in wet environments like locker rooms or pool areas, and for general casual wear, particularly for post-activity relaxation.
How do I clean my UA ARMR Shower Slides?
You can clean them using a damp cloth and mild soap. Rinse with clean water and allow them to air dry completely.
Are these suitable for running or athletic performance?
No, these slides are not designed for athletic performance. They are intended for comfort, recovery, and casual wear.
What is the sizing like for these slides?
The sizing is based on standard UK adult foot sizes. It is recommended to check the size chart and consider your usual fit. This specific variant is a UK size 16.
Can I wear these slides with socks?
While you can wear them with socks for casual comfort, they are designed to be worn barefoot for optimal performance in wet areas and for quick drying.
What material are the slides made from?
The slides are typically made from durable, water-friendly synthetic materials designed for easy cleaning and quick drying.
Do these slides offer arch support?
The UA ARMR Shower Slide features a contoured footbed that offers some basic support, but they do not provide the advanced arch support found in specialized athletic shoes.
Troubleshooting
Slides feel too large or loose
Ensure you have selected the correct size. Consider wearing socks if a slightly looser fit is acceptable for casual wear, or explore other Under Armour models that may offer a more snug fit.
Soles feel slippery on certain surfaces
While designed for traction, extremely polished or wet surfaces may still present a slip hazard. Ensure the sole is clean and free from debris. If the issue persists, consider alternative footwear for those specific conditions.
Material has become stiff
This can happen with prolonged exposure to heat or harsh cleaning agents. Try cleaning with a mild soap and water and allow to air dry naturally. Avoid heat sources.
