FAQs
Are these slides suitable for water sports?
These slides are designed for use in wet environments like showers or pools and are quick-drying, but they are not intended for active water sports where secure fastening is required.
How do I know my correct UK size?
Refer to a standard UK men's shoe size chart. The product description specifies UK sizes. It is recommended to measure your foot length and compare it with the provided size guide if available.
Can these slides be worn with socks?
Yes, they can be worn with or without socks. Wearing them with socks may provide additional comfort or warmth, but the footbed is designed for direct skin contact.
What is the best way to clean the slides?
Clean with mild soap and water using a damp cloth. Let them air dry completely away from direct heat.
Are these slides unisex?
While listed as men's, the sizing and design might be suitable for women as well. It's recommended to check the sizing chart carefully if a female user is considering this product.
What makes the footbed non-slip?
The footbed features a textured pattern designed to increase friction between the foot and the slide surface, providing better grip.
Troubleshooting
Slides feel too loose
Ensure you have selected the correct size. If the slide still feels loose, consider using thicker socks for a snugger fit during wear, or explore alternative slides with adjustable straps if available.
Footbed feels slippery
Wipe the footbed with a damp cloth to remove any dust or residue that might be affecting grip. Ensure the slides are completely dry before wearing.
Material has a strong odor
Allow the slides to air out in a well-ventilated area for 24-48 hours. Washing with mild soap and water can also help dissipate odors.
