FAQs

What is the weight of these trainers?

These shoes feature a 7 mm midsole drop.

Can I use these for lifting weights?

Yes, the inclusion of a TPU heel stabiliser provides the necessary support for functional training and lifting.

Are these shoes suitable for outdoor running?

They are designed for hybrid training, including short bursts of speed, but they are optimized for versatility rather than long-distance running.

How should I clean the Continental rubber sole?

Clean the soles with a soft brush and mild soap and water to remove dirt, which ensures the grip remains effective.

What does Climacool technology do?

Climacool technology is designed to wick and disperse sweat, keeping the foot cool and dry during intense exercise.

Troubleshooting

Feeling instability during heavy lifts

Ensure the laces are tightened properly around the midfoot to engage the TPU heel stabiliser for maximum lockdown.

Accumulation of debris in the mesh

Use a soft-bristled brush to gently remove dust or gym debris from the engineered mesh upper after use.

Sensation of the shoe being too tight

Try a thinner performance sock; the shoe is designed with a precision fit to prevent internal slippage.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Exceptionally lightweight at 242 g
Excellent traction on multiple surfaces
Highly breathable construction
Stable platform for hybrid training

Cons

Specific 7 mm drop may not suit all lifting styles
Performance fit might feel tight for wider feet
Not intended for long-distance marathon running

Setup, Compatibility & Care

These trainers feature a standard lace closure system, allowing you to customize the lockdown to suit your foot shape. Before your first session, ensure the laces are snug but not restrictive to allow for natural foot expansion. To care for your shoes, wipe them down with a damp cloth after sweaty sessions to maintain the integrity of the breathable mesh. Do not machine wash or dry, as this can degrade the specialized LightstrikePro foam and adhesive bonds. If the shoes become soaked during outdoor training, remove the insoles and air dry them away from direct heat sources to prevent material warping.
