FAQs
Are these shoes suitable for wide feet?
The Netcourt series generally follows a standard athletic fit; if your child has significantly wider feet, you may need to consider loosening the lacing system or sizing up.
Can I wash these in the washing machine?
It is not recommended to machine wash these shoes, as it can damage the materials and bond. Stick to manual spot cleaning.
What age group are these trainers for?
These are specifically designed for kids, with the UK size 12 typically fitting children in the primary school age range.
Do these provide arch support?
They feature standard athletic cushioning suitable for growing feet, though they are not marketed as orthotic-grade footwear.
How do I determine the right size?
Use a standard foot measuring device or trace the foot on paper to measure the length in millimeters and compare it against the UK size 12 specifications.
Troubleshooting
Difficulty getting the laces to stay tied
Ensure laces are tightened evenly; consider a double-knot or replacing with elastic speed laces if the child struggles with traditional knots.
Scuff marks on the white exterior
Use a specialized sneaker eraser or a soft cloth with a tiny amount of diluted mild detergent to gently buff away surface marks.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- Versatile design suitable for school and play
- High-quality construction from a trusted brand
- Comfortable fit for all-day wear
- Modern, neutral color palette
Cons
- Light-colored materials are prone to showing dirt
- Limited to specific size ranges for children
- Requires regular cleaning to maintain white finish
Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the best fit, verify the UK size 12 against your child's current foot measurements, accounting for a slight amount of room for growth. Since these are white trainers, keep a soft brush and mild soap on hand for spot cleaning. Avoid machine washing, as it can compromise the structural adhesives. If the shoes get wet, air dry them away from direct heat sources like radiators to prevent the materials from warping or stiffening.
