FAQs

Are these suitable for long walks?

While comfortable for casual wear and short distances, they offer limited arch support, so they may not be ideal for very long walks or strenuous activity.

How do I know if I have the right size?

Refer to the size chart for UK sizing. Generally, Havaianas should fit with your heel and toes just inside the sole's edges.

Can I wear these in the shower?

Yes, the rubber material is water-resistant and quick-drying, making them suitable for use around showers and pools.

What is the difference between Slim and regular Havaianas?

The 'Slim' version typically features thinner straps compared to the classic or 'Top' models. The 'Slim Flatform' specifically adds a raised sole.

Are the straps comfortable?

Yes, Havaianas are known for their soft rubber straps designed to minimize chafing and provide comfort.

What is the sole height of the Slim Flatform?

The flatform sole provides a modest lift, typically around 1.5 to 2 cm, offering a subtle elevation.

Troubleshooting

Flip flops feel stiff initially.

Wear them for short periods to break them in. The rubber will soften with use.

Slipping on wet surfaces.

While designed for improved grip, exercise caution on extremely slick surfaces. Ensure the sole is clean.

Color fading.

Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and harsh chemicals. Rinse with cool water if exposed to salt or chlorine.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup:

The Havaianas Slim Flatform flip flops require no setup. They are ready to wear straight out of the package.

Compatibility:

These flip flops are designed for general casual wear and are compatible with most casual summer attire. They are specifically made for women.

Care:

Cleaning: Hand wash with mild soap and cool water. Avoid abrasive cleaners or brushes.
