Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your Salomon X-Alp trainers remain in peak condition, proper care is essential. Since the construction includes leather, avoid submerging the shoes in water or using harsh industrial cleaners. After muddy outings, wipe away excess dirt with a soft brush and allow the shoes to air dry away from direct heat sources, such as radiators, which can cause the leather to crack. Ensure you lace the shoes snugly to avoid heel slippage, and periodically check the condition of the rubber soles to ensure debris is not embedded in the treads, which could affect grip performance.
