This Craghoppers NosiLife SolarShield+ Long Sleeve Jersey is designed for adult males seeking superior sun protection and insect repellency during outdoor activities. Its key benefit is offering UPF 50+ protection and NosiLife technology to deter insects, providing comfort and safety in sunny, bug-prone environments. A potential caveat is its lightweight, technical fabric, which may be less suitable for extreme cold without layering.

UPF 50+ indicates that the fabric blocks 98% of UVA and UVB radiation, providing excellent protection against sunburn and long-term skin damage.
The NosiLife treatment is incorporated into the fabric and is designed to last for the lifetime of the garment, provided care instructions are followed. Performance can diminish with excessive washing.
Yes, the lightweight, moisture-wicking, and breathable fabric makes it ideal for hot and humid conditions. For cooler weather, it serves as an effective base layer.
The fabric is generally designed for comfort. However, if you have specific skin sensitivities, it's always recommended to test wear it for a short period first.
The back length is approximately 28 inches.
Machine wash at 30°C with similar colours, do not bleach, and tumble dry on low heat. Avoid using fabric conditioner.
Yes, the main fabric is 100% recycled polyester.
The NosiLife treatment is designed for longevity but may gradually diminish with extensive washing. Follow care instructions carefully. Consider using insect repellent sprays on exposed skin if needed.
This is sometimes a characteristic of technical fabrics. Ensure you are not using fabric conditioner, which can affect performance. A low heat tumble dry or light iron can help restore softness.
The UV reactive print is designed to be subtle and only becomes apparent under specific UV light conditions (like strong sunlight). Its primary function is aesthetic.
This is a ready-to-wear garment, so no specific setup is required. It is compatible with most outdoor clothing as a base layer or standalone top.
